Paramedic School In Illinois

Images of the Day

Day Course: 11 km

Good night, but at 7am, we were awakened by music from Street and this up to 8 hours, after which time, speeches, songs and music will take place over half an hour. Gabriel explains that because of an anniversary of an act of the Revolutionary War and the first broadcast of Radio Free, Radio revolutionary issued in the Sierra Maestra. After a delicious breakfast for the first time we are not going to last, we strolled along the pedestrian street in the direction of monuments to the heroes who are a bit outside of downtown. We photograph lengthened taxis, motorcycles Soviet and American cars. Then we sit on the benches of the square of the revolution and we enjoy the ceaseless passage of people. Around noon, we had lunch in a restaurant that does not look at first, but the food is tasty, well presented and remarkably for a very modest sum. Address to remember! We test the Pina Colada, which is not bad either. Then we go back and nap on the benches in the park which we will turn to gray areas and from Cuba to discuss, or even beg for some. Conversations are muffled, but we learn that the salary is about 80 Cuc and rents do not exceed 10% of salary, however, many families live grouped for reasons of economy. The sunset we arrived, we return to our canteen for a Mojito on the sidewalk, at cost, which is very nice. Then back to our room. Tomorrow we leave for Santiago de Cuba Bayamo, the second largest city in the country. Change of atmosphere after a day of peaceful transition.
