A Limoges 53 years, until perfectly honorable, has two sedated women before engaging in attempted rape.
The facts date back to 2009 but it recently experienced a strong rebound court: Court of Appeal of Limoges, following the opinion of the Criminal Court, decided that the case should be brought before the criminal court. It must be said that these facts are particularly serious and shocking.
August 2009. Pascal, 53, a man without history, director of a financial institution on the outskirts of Limoges, a friend invited him known 10 years ago, Isabella, asking for advice on management cuisine. Nice dinner, great atmosphere, until the woman feels tired and lies down on the couch. She wakes up his pants down, feeling that their hands are in the process of stroking. The medical examination revealed she had been touched. She filed a complaint for sexual assault.
Three weeks later, another woman, Evelyn, also filed a complaint against the same Pascal. They lived together for seven years and kept good relations. During an evening in January, Pascal dined with her. Evelyn had fallen asleep shortly after dinner and when she awoke, Pascal was trying to rape her. The pelvic examination revealed that there had been sexual intercourse and also an abrasion of the sexual organs.
Another discovery has surprised doctors and investigators, in both cases, the medical tests performed on victims (urine and hair strands) revealed the presence of Zolpidem, a sedative hypnotic (family benzodiazépanes). Questioned by police, Pascal confessed to actually put in the soup of Zolpidem Evelyne and shells St. Jacques, Isabel. He also said he did it because he wanted to have sex with two women. If admitted the attempted penetration of Isabelle, he however assured that he had rubbed his genitals against that of Evelyne without things go further.
Following the decision of the appellate court, prosecutors should promptly initiate criminal proceedings against Pascal, who will be tried by the Assize Court and risk 15 years imprisonment.
